1. How long does the delivery take?


The delivery time is depending on many different factors.

If the ordered items are in stock and you paid by PayPal we will ship order within one workday. When you are paying by bank transfer, we will ship the order within one workday after receiving your payment.

Since it is impossible to hold in stock all over 25.000 item variations of our assortment, we will often have to order the goods from the manufacturer. Delivery time varies from 3 days (Toys & Books) to 2-4 weeks (High Heels & Gothic-Footwear from the USA)


2. What do I do, if an item does not fit?


We offer a 28-day exchange or return policy for unused & originally packed items.

Please put a Invoice copy with your return shipment, on which you note the desired process (exchange, refund). If you wish a refund we also need your bank account data including IBAN & Swift-Code, to be able to process your refund request quickly.

IMPORTANT:

- We do not accept unprepaid parcels of any kind!
- Items manufactured due to customes specifications cannot be returned / exchanged.
- Items worn directly on the skin cannot be returned / exchanged due to hygenic reasons.


3. What payment methods do you accept?


- Bank transfer (all EU)
- Cash on delivery (only D & AT)
- PayPal (all EU)

Our account information will be delivered to you automatically via the confirmation, after you placed a Bank transfer order.


4. How do I know the correct size?


We've spent great effort to make the choice of the correct size as easy as possible for you.
Therefore we always state both sizes: US & EU. You can transmit remarks regarding the desired size in the comments field during the ordering process.

Please choose your "normal size" and do not follow thoughts like "with high-heeled pumps I need a 41, although I normally wear a 39". We know how large or small our styles come in size and will do our best to send you the fitting size!

IMPORTANT:

If your size falls into a range, where we can only offer half EU-sizes, please round up rather than rouding down!


5. Will the parcel will be neutrally packed?


All shipments will be neutrally packed!
Shipping to alternative addresses therefore are no problem.
