Terms & Conditions

§1 Coverage


All product sales to retail customers by the Timo Wemhöner & Bastian Hockauf GbR are subject to this Terms & Conditions. This Agreement can only be modified in written form.


§2 Orders


All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Timo Wemhöner & Bastian Hockauf GbR. If we do not accept the order by sending a oder confirmation email within 14 days, the order is invalid.


§3 Prices


For all orders the listed prices at the order date are final. Out prices are quoted in Euro and include the actual VAT, but exclude shipping costs. All Invoices are to be paid immediately without deductions.


§4 Delivery


If delivery is delayed and the customer sets a period of grace, it has to be at least 14 days. Partial deliveries are tolerable. We send all orders as insured parcel via GLS or Deutsche Post AG.


§5 Retention of Ownership


We retain the ownership of all delivered items, until we receive the complete payment mentioned in the contract.


$6 Warranty


The implied warranty for retail customers is 24 months from delivery date. Warranty expires if items suffered improper use.


§7 Data Protection


The buyer agges, that the personal data transmitted by him will be stored in our database. We are authorisized to transmit this data to third parties if processing of the contract requires it.


§8 Return-Policy


You have the right to return unused & originally packed goods within 28-days after reception. All retail-orders for custom-made products as non-standard are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

§9 Severability Clause


The unenforceability of any of these terms or conditions will not affect the remainder of the terms or conditions.


§10 Applicable Law


Only German Law is applicable under exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ("CISG").
